Because any script kiddie or mentally unstable individual should be able to download LOIC & legally shut down a business for whatever reason they can think of. Makes perfect sense. This is not an exercise in First Amendment rights rather it is the virtual equivalent of yelling "Fire!" in a crowded movie theater.
WTF PEOPLE WHY IS THIS EVEN BEING ENTERTAINED?!?!?!
