Link Between NSA and Regin Cyberespionage Malware Becomes Clearer

I'm not saying the NSA/GCHQ/"5 Eyes" are right but why do people find this surprising?  China engages in cyberespionage on a damn near minute-by-minute basis.  Russia and Eastern Europe are the Czars of cybercrime.  To me they are just protecting national interests.  Before the comments start - I'm not saying its right, just that its in these governments self interests.  Understand the difference?
